How to Perform Inventory Request Using Inventory Transfer

In this Quick Reference Guide, users can learn what steps are needed to successfully Perform Inventory Request Using Inventory Transfer

1. Log in to the Mosaic Analytics Inventory Console.

2. Click on the 3-lines to display the side-panel menu.

3. On the side-panel menu, click on "Inventory".

4. Select "Inventory Transfer".

5. Click "Inventory Request".

6. Click "Add Inventory Request".

7. From the drop-down list, input the following details:
Request To: Branch or Location of origin of the stock/inventory.
Request For: Branch or Location where the items will be delivered.

Note: The Notes box is optional, so you can leave it blank if you have nothing extra to add.

Inventory items can be requested based on two criteria, depending on how you have configured your account:
a. Based on Menu-Item Composition
b. Based on Sub-Recipe Composition

8. Click the drop-down arrow to select a preferred inventory item, or type the inventory name manually in the provided text box.

9. Manually input the desired quantity in the provided text box.

10. Click "Generate".

Note: You can add more items by clicking the “Add Inventory” button and repeating steps 8 and 9.

11. Click "Save".
