How to Add/Modify Products

In this Quick Reference Guide, users can learn what steps are needed to successfully Add/Modify Products

1. Log in to the Mosaic Back Office Console.

2. Click on the 3-lines to display the side-panel menu.

3. On the side-panel menu, click on "Menu Management".

4. Select "Product".

5. Click "Add New Product".

6. From the drop-down list, select the areas requires based on what is linked to your account:
- Brand
- Product Category
- Product Group
- Product Subgroup

7. Manually input your desired Product Name on the text box provided.

Notes:
Product Description, SKU/Item Code, Price Lookup Code, and Client Menu ID are optional fields that you can update based on any internal files/monitoring systems you may already have.

8. From the drop-down list, select the status of availability.
Available items will appear on the POS and can be taken down as orders
Unavailable items will be disabled for ordering, however, will still appear on the POS

Notes:
Toggle on the switches to enable the following functions:
Track Stock is used to monitor the depletion of the product together with the linked ingredients and/or recipes per transaction.
Enable Label Printing is used to be able to print sticker labels with the use of an external sticker  printer.

9. Click "Next".

10. Uploading of a product image can be done by clicking the provided image box or by dragging a photo on the designated area.

11. Click "Next".

12. Manually input the desired selling price on the space provided.

Note: From the drop-down menu, you can select whether to apply the same price across all service types and channels or your can set different prices per service type and channel.

13. Input the price on the space provided followed by the status of availability per service channel.

14. Click "Next".

Note: Toggle on the switch if there is a need to apply a Forced Modifier (required) section for the order configuration.

15. From the drop-down list, select the desired modifier groups linked to your account.

16. Click "Next".

Note: Toggle on the switch if there is a need to apply an Unforced Modifier (optional or add-ons) section for the order configuration.

17. From the drop-down list, select the desired modifier groups linked to your account.

18. Click "Next".
