Transfer Supply vs Transfer Demand

To keep Resto iQ versatile to your processes, "Transfer Supply" and "Transfer Demand" are two processes on other ends of the same stick (as seen in the image below).

While there are technical differences between the two, in Resto iQ, it displays the same transactions on a different perspective. Upon further inspecting, you can see identical demand numbers, creation date, To/For locations, who created the transaction. Even when "Viewing" the transaction, users will see identical "Demand Items" of the transactions.

Views Available

  1. Awaiting demands

This will display all transfer transactions, whether they are pending or completed.

  2. Supply sent

This will (only) display successfully sent transfer supplies to its target recipient.

  3. Supply receipts

This will (only) display successfully received supplies from the supplying branch. This gives a different perspective to "Supply sent".

Feature: Switching Views

Resto iQ allows users to customize the view of the main table by switching information. For instance, changing to the 'received items' view will alter the main table's display to emphasize the items that have been delivered, rather than the details of the transactions, and vice versa.

Feature: Export

Exporting allows users to instruct Resto iQ to extract information onto a Microsoft Excel (.xls file) format for offline editing.

Feature: Filter

For users with multiple pages of data, filtering allows them to pinpoint and streamline the information displayed. It also helps when it comes to searching data, example during an audit process.
