Understanding Products of Resto iQ Analytics

Products of Resto iQ allows users to compare the performance of different products. This module centers on the data related to individual products.

Similar with many modules of Resto iQ, it also has filters to help narrow down information and data depending on the user's needs.

 

 

The following are available inside Products:

  1. Total Item Sold: this is the total quantity of items sold for the period. You may click on this to expand the value card.

    Expanding this value card will reveal more information such as:
    - Products Revenue vs Quantity
    - Top 10 Menu Items
    - Revenue per Menu Item
    - Daily and Monthly Product Mix


  2. Cost of Goods Sold: the % amount of cost for all of the items sold.

    Expand this value card will reveal more information such as:
    - Gross Sales vs COGS MoM (month-on-month)
    - Menu Items Sold and COGS (and ingredient cost)


  3. Menu Items Listed: currently listed items in Resto iQ (which are then displayed in the Front End of the POS).

    Expanding this value card will reveal more information such as:
    - Menu Engineering
    - Product Margin x Qty Sold
    - Item Breakdown (Price vs Cost vs Margin)


  4. Top 5 and Bottom 5 of the Menu
    1. By Revenue


    2. By Products Sold (Quantity)


    3. By COGS Margin



  5. Sales vs Cost of Goods Sold

    A quick snapshot of 3 important metrics when understanding profitability: Sales, Margin, and COGS.


  6. Items Sold vs Trend

    A visualization of the growth rate (and trend) of the products sold by the brand.

  7. Revenue by Group
  8. Revenue by Category

    Revenue by Group and Category visualizes the products by the revenue generated, either by group or category. This gives a better idea as to which products are embraced by the target market.
