Sync your Mosaic POS to your ERP or Accounting Systems

Syncing to your ERP/Accounting Systems require integration and this is also performed by utilizing the Send Report module of the Back Office.

How to Enable Integration (2-Steps)

1. Inform support.mosaic-solutions.com of your integration request.

    • Email Subject: Alignment Meeting Request: ERP System Integration

2. During the kickoff meeting, please prepare the following:

    • Data fields required by your desired ERP/accounting platform. (This varies from platform to platform. A sample template/file/screenshot will be useful.)
    • Target live-date of integration

 

 

Mosaic POS can sync to the following platforms:

XERO

Quickbooks

NetSuite

SAP

 

 

Sending of Data to your ERP or Accounting System:

- Login to your Mosaic POS Back office: https://admin.mosaic-pos.com/

- Click the top-left icon (a.k.a. "hamburger" icon) to expand the navigation pane and include its labels.

- Go to Reports (New)

 

- Scroll-down to locate "Send Report"

 

 

To start the automation:

1. Toggle the enable action button

2. Second, select the time when you want to receive the reports.

 

3. Select which reports you want your Mosaic POS to automatically send.

 

4. Enter your nominated email addresses (best practice: this will be configured by the Support Team of Mosaic Solutions)

5. Click "Add".

6. Once finalized, click "Save".
