      Shift Change (without Show Spot Audit)

      Changing shifts without show spot audit is the most basic way of changing shifts via Settings > Shift Change.

       

       

      Kindly follow the step-by-step guide below.

       

       

      1. Login to your Mosaic POS Front End at https://mosaic-pos.com/

       

      2. Once logged-in, click the Gear Icon (Settings)

       

       

      3. Find the Shift Change button

       

       

      4. Enter the correct quantity of each cash denomination

       

       

      5. Once completed, click Change Shift.

       

       

      6. Request for an authorization from your on-site manager or supervisor.

      7. Lastly click "Yes & Print X-Read" to complete the task.
