      Reprinting a Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) in Mosaic POS

      A Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) can be reprinted by going to Settings > Bills of Mosaic POS Front End. Follow this Quick Reference Guide on what to click to complete the task.

      1. Go to settings by clicking the gear icon.

       

       

      2. Click "Bill"

       

       

      3. Click "VIEW"

       

       

      4. This window will appear.

       

       

      5. On the right side, click "REPRINT"

       

       

      You have successfully reprinted a Kitchen Order Ticket of a previous transaction.
