In essence, this dashboard provides all the information related to Voided transactions. This may also include complementary and refunded transactions depending on the configuration of your account, but nevertheless all Voided transactions will appear in this module.
Navigation
Users may access the refund dashboard by going to Analytics then selecting "Refund Dashboard". On top will be the usual filter controls that help identify relevant information, and below are the value cards and reports that are preconfigured inside the dashboard.
Clicking one card may expand and display more information.
The 4 major reports of the dashboard are the following:
(1) Refund Invoice Report and (2) Refunded Items
These are the void receipts or those settled transactions which then are voided post-transaction.
(3) Cancelled Invoice Report and (4) Cancelled Items Report
These are the void bills or those transactions which hasn't been settled/paid-for which were voided. The cancelled invoice report shows a summary showing all bill-level voids (unpaid) and amount. While the cancelled items report shows a detailed report showing information per item voided.
Charts and Tables
This chart shows the discount type relative to time (X-axis) and quantity (Y-axis). This can be changed using the controls on the top right (in this photo: Weekly & Discount Type).
This also shows cancelled amount per location giving an overview which is the highest contributor.
In relation to the previous chart, it also shows which particular user transacted the most amount (quantity/instances) of cancellations/void.
Then lastly, this provides a detailed table as to all cancelled bills with the POS Date, Location ID, Transaction Type, Payment Name, Void Bill #, Bill #, Cancelled Amount, Cashier Name, Cancelled Date and Cancelled Time.
