      Preview X-Read

      To preview an X-Read (also called "Y" read), users may go to Settings > Shift Change then proceed to change the shift until a "Preview" button is displayed.

      This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to view the X-Read report in a restaurant's shift change settings. By following these steps, users can easily access and preview the report without the need for printing.



      1. Go to settings by clicking the gear icon.

       

       

      2. Select "Shift Change".

       

       

      3. Click "CHANGE SHIFT"

       

       

      4. Request for authorization from the onsite manager/supervisor.

       

       

      5. Click "Confirm".

       

       

      6. Click "PREVIEW".

       

       

      7. The X-Read Report will be displayed (without printing). Some restaurant organizations call this "Y-Reading".

       

       

      8. Click "Close" to close this preview window.

       

       

      You have successfully previewed your X-Reading.
