This guide provides a straightforward method for generating a dynamic QR code for payments, making transactions quick and efficient for both businesses and customers. It outlines the necessary steps to create a QR code using MosaicPay by Paymongo.
To use this feature, make sure you have a Paymongo account that is integrated with Mosaic POS. To integrate your Paymongo accounts or to create a new one, please reach out to support@mosaic-solutions.com.
Once integrated, you can now accept QRPH payment straight from your POS.
1. Click "Payment"
2. Click this MosaicPay by Paymongo
3. Click "Exact". You cannot indicate a payment amount that is greter than the amount due.
4. Click "Generate QR"
5. Show the QR Code to the customer/guest.
Tip: The customer/guest can use any e-wallet app (GCash, Maya, etc) as long as it accepts QRPH.
The QRPH displayed is valid for only 30 minutes.
6. Once customer successfully paid, the POS will register Payment Received after a few seconds (5-10 seconds)
No need to wait for SMS message from GCash, Maya, Paymongo.
7. You are now able to print the invoice.
