To void an entire bill, users must go to Settings > Bill
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to void an entire bill in a POS system. It includes details on how to access the bill settings, select the transaction to void, choose a reason for voiding, and obtain authorization. 1. To void an entire bill, first go to "SETTINGS" by clicking the gear icon.
2. Click "BILLS"
3. Locate the transaction you are going to void. Either use the Total Amount, or the Bill number, or the Sales Invoice number (SI).
Click "VOID".
4. Select the reason. In this example, we will select "WRONG POUNCH".
5. Click "Void".
6. Request for authorization from your onsite manager/supervisor.
7. Click "Confirm".
8. The POS will confirm the successful voiding.
9. Your POS will also display a soft-copy of the void slip for your reference, or for inspection.
10. When done, just click "Close".
11. You will see the status of the transaction will now become "Void" instead of the previously indicated "Paid".
You have successfully voided an entire bill/transaction. This will be recorded in the POS Back Office.
