Users may enter multiple payments for as long as the balance is not "0". To do this, just click the payment type and enter the amount of the first payment type, then repeat.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use multiple payment methods in a single transaction. It demonstrates how to use both cash and GCASH for a specific order, showing the process of inputting the payment types, entering the tendered amounts, and completing the transaction. This guide is useful for anyone who wants to learn how to handle multiple payments efficiently and accurately.
This is useful for customers who are short in cash and wants to use GCASH to pay for what's left (a.k.a. "balance").
1. In this example, we will use Cash and GCASH for multiple payments for this order.
CASH - PHP 500,
GCASH - PHP 174.
2. To start the process, as always, click "Bill" first.
3. Then, click "PAYMENT"
4. Input either of the payment types. The order does not matter. In this example, we will use Cash first. Click "Cash".
5. Since the customer has a 500 bill, I will use the PHP 500 preset under the "Quick Payments".
6. Click "Add Payment".
7. As you can see, we have entered a tendered amount of PHP 500 (orange arrow), however we sitll have a balance worth PHP 174 (green arrow).
8. We will now enter GCash as the 2nd payment type.
9. Since we are using GCash (similar with other transactions), use "Exact" to speed-up the process.
10. You can see that clicking "Exact" will recall whatever the Balance value is at the breakdown table.
11. Enter the customer details of your customer.
12. When complete, click "Add Payment"
13. Now you see two payment types entered in one single transaction.
14. Click "PRINT" to complete the process.
You have successfully used 2 payment types in one single transaction.
