To use filter presets, just key-in the filters as you normally would then save it using the Save button on the Filter Presets module.
Overview
The "Filter Presets" feature enables users to enhance efficiency when filtering reports and data on Resto iQ Analytics. Before this feature was introduced, users had to manually adjust the filters each time they switched between different Analytics modules, leading to repetitive tasks.
This straightforward yet valuable feature is accessible to all users, but it is saved exclusively to each individual's account. This means that the accounts of Person A and Person B will not be linked together. It allows users to personalize their presets further and determine which information is relevant to them.

To begin utilizing filter presets, users should first save their preferred filters. Once saved, these filters become "Presets" that users can easily access in the future with just a few clicks.
Reminder: all filters (Account, Transaction, and Location Filters) will be saved in the preset saved.
How to Save/Load a Filter Preset
- Select your Account Filters, Transaction Filters, Location Filters as previously practiced.
- Select "Filter Presets".
- Type the name of your Preset. In this example, we have entered:
- "Luzon Area Manager" and
- "Visayas Area Manager" - Click "Save" or "Load".
How to Replace a Preset
To replace presets in Resto iQ Analytics, you can overwrite the existing presets with new filters.
- Select your Account Filters, Transaction Filters, Location Filters as previously practiced.
- Select "Filter Presets".
- Click "Save" on the row of the preset you're replacing.
Orange: clicking "Save" will overwrite the existing "Luzon Area Manager" Preset.
Light blue: clicking "Save" will save our preset on a blank preset (Filter Preset 5).
How to Delete a Preset
- Select "Filter Presets".
- Erase the name of the existing preset and click "SAVE".
