Syncing the POS Back Office to the Front End requires the user to click the refresh button found beside the search box.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to manually sync the menu from the POS back office to the front end. Follow the instructions below for any modifications and/or changes made.
1. Click on any of the service types presented on the POS Front End Home page.
2. Click on the refresh arrow buttons located at the top-left corner of the screen to trigger the manual refresh of the system.
3. Another option is through the Bill Settings Page.
4. Click on the Gear Icon to open Settings.
5. Click on the Bill settings.
6. Click on the refresh arrow buttons located at the top-left corner of the screen to trigger the manual refresh of the system.
7. The system will prompt a "Success" message completing the syncing process.
8. Another option is through the Products Settings Page.
9. Click on the Products settings.
10. Click on the refresh arrow buttons located at the top-left corner of the screen to trigger the manual refresh of the system.
11. The system will prompt a "Success" message completing the syncing process.
