How to setup Menu Item Availability (Front Office - POS v1.5)

 

NOTE: This process will require an internet connection.

1. Login to your Mosaic POS: https://www.mosaic-pos.com/

2. On the navigation pane on the left handside, click the gear icon (Settings).

 

3. Click “Products”.

 

4. From there, you may locate your menu items on the left (you may also use the search box as an alternative). Then click the “Update Availability” button to configure.

 

5. To configure, first, identify which service channel you are updating. Then select either “Available” or “Unavailable” per service channel. Once done, click “Update”.

 

6. Then to ensure syncing, click the “Home” button on the navigation pane, then click the “Refresh” button beside the search box. Your POS should refresh the menu, and after this you're done!
