How to Save Payment Totals

Saving Payment Totals is a required task in order to Day End. To Save, click "Save Payment Totals".

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to save payment totals in a system. It explains how to enable the "SAVE PAYMENT TOTALS" button and the process to follow to successfully save payment totals. Following these steps will ensure accurate tracking and recording of payment totals for future reference.



1. Go to Settings by clicking the gear icon.

 

 

2. Click "Day End"

 

 

3. (Day End) Below you can see the "SAVE PAYMENT TOTALS" button is gray. This means it cannot be clicked. To enable this, we must declare our cash denominations table first.

 

 

4. Once our Total Cash has reached the minimum amount (minimum is equal to the Cash Float amount). Click "SAVE PAYMENT TOTALS"

 

 

5. Equest for an authorization from the onsite manager/supervisor.

 

 

6. Click "Confirm"

 

 

7. Once you see this then you have successfully saved your payment totals. You may now proceed to Day End.
