      How to Navigate Mosaic POS (Back Office)

      Mosaic POS Back Office provides admins and authorized personnel complete control, reports, and data by using cloud technology. This Quick Reference Guide shows features and modules of the back office.

      Log-in Screen

      • Enter your username and password to login.
      • Remember me - minimizes the need to login every visit to the back office. For best security, logging-out is recommended.
      • Forgot your password? - this is used to reset the account password and allow the user to generate a new password.

       

       

      Landing Page / Home Screen

      By default the landing page and home screen of the Back Office will be the Daily Sales Revenue (Summary). You can get to this page by going to the Reports section.

      To be able to help navigate around we recommend clicking the top-left button to expand the navigation pane and display all labels.
