To create a Transfer Supply, the user must go to Inventory > Transfer Supply > Supply Sent > New Supply
Overview
As shown in the process flow, creating Transfer Supplies is the third step in the overall process in transferring goods from one location to another. Once a Transfer Demand is approved, users may already create a Transfer Supply.
Step 1 and 2: How to Create Transfer Demands on Resto iQ – Mosaic Help Center (mosaic-solutions.com)
Step-by-Step
- Once you've received a transfer demand from another location, you can create a Transfer Supply to fulfill their stock request.
- Click "Supply sent".
- Click the "New Supply" orange button.
- Select the Demand No. you are using to creating a Transfer Supply. In this case we are going to look for "DE000.010824.003".
- The demand number of our Transfer Demand earlier was "DE000.010824.003". Locate and select that. The most recent transfer demands will be listed on top.
- Click "Create".
- Notice that Resto iQ automatically recalls the items included in the transfer demand. Review this if it's correct and ensure no error.
- When satisfied, on the bottom-right section, click "Create".
- Upon creating a "Transfer Supply", the status is now "Delivering". This indicates that the supplying store has acknowledged all details to be correct and accurate and will now proceed to delivering the items to the recipient branch.
-
Notice also that Resto iQ has generated a Supply No. for this Transfer Supply. This will be important later when receiving.
