      How to Configure Sticker Label Printer

      Configuring a Sticker Label Printer requires hardware and a diagnostic tool for initial configuration. Once this is performed, the POS will be able to detect the sticker printer and perform as intended.

      1. Download and run the Diagnostic Tool on your desktop computer.

       

      2. Plug in the USB Cable of the sticker printer to your desktop computer.

       

      3. Wait for the printer status indicator to turn green. You can also click on the "Get Status" button to do a quick refresh.

       

      4. Copy and input all of the data and values presented.

       

      5. Click on the "Set" followed by the "Save" button to apply the changes.

       

      6. Unplug the USB Cable from your desktop computer and connect it to the POS Tablet/Terminal with the use of a USB Type C Dongle.
