      How to Access the Search Menu Item (POS v1.5)

      The search box is located at the top section of the POS when ordertaking.

      1. Navigate and login to https://www.mosaic-pos.com/

      2. Upon entering, click any service type. For this example, we will choose "QSR Dine-In".

      3. Enter any guest/pax count. For this example we will select "2".

      4. On top (beside the refresh button), is the Search Box. You may use this to quickly filter your menu items, and quickly locate your item. Click the "Type to search menu" field.

      5. Type the name of your menu item.

      Tip!

      You don't have to completely type the name. For every letter you input, Mosaic POS will automatically search based on the query even if it's not complete!

      6. In this example we will type "BLT".

       

      7. Notice that the items will be filtered, and only the corresponding item will be displayed.

      We will click the menu item "BLT", and proceed with the order if needed.

      You have successfully used the search box of Mosaic POS v1.5.
