      Guide to Stock Cards

      Guide

      Stock cards provide users with real-time movements of the inventory item. Similar to stock tickers in the world of stock investing, this report is updated every time there's a purchase/depletion/addition performed by the business. It can be caused by (but not limited to) the following:

      • Item depletion due to a transaction completed using Mosaic POS
      • Semi-finished/finished good production reported on Resto iQ
      • Stock inventory adjustment using Resto iQ Inventory (spoilage, wastage, etc.)
      • Transfer of supplies in Resto iQ Inventory
      • Receiving of supplies in Resto iQ Inventory
      • Receiving of purchases from suppliers/vendors

      It has the following information:

      • SKU, Name, Location (of inventory)
      • Date and Reference
      • Stock and Total Cost Before, In/Out, Stock and Total Cost After

        Stock and Total Cost Before - inventory level and total cost before the transaction.
        In/Out - displays the amount that went in or went out of the kitchen/inventory room.
        Stock and Total Cost After - inventory level and total cost after the transaction.

       

       

      Feature: Export

      Found on the top-right section on top of the reports table is the Export feature. Instead of directly being able to downloade a Microsoft Excel (.xls format) file, Resto iQ performs a series of tasks to create the report and would require more time to process. Clicking the export button will show this window:

      Users may opt to click the "Export Page" text to be directed to it, or alternatively they may go to Settings > Export on the left navigation pane.

       

      Once there, this should what users will see:

      If the report is stil in Pending status, then Resto iQ is still processing the request (as seen in the image example above). When the "Download" button appears, it's ready for offline viewing.

       

       

      Feature: Filter

      The filter feature (found right beside the Export button) can help users specify the information displayed on the main table. Right now, users may filter by location and date. This is useful for organizations with multiple locations for its operations.
