Creating a Discount with MEMC (Senior and PWD Only)

  • MEMC = "Most Expensive Meal Combination"
  • In this Quick Reference Guide, we will setup a Senior Citizen Discount with MEMC applied. This will work identical with PWD Discounts, only difference is the discount name.
    
    

  1. Navigate and log in to Mosaic POS Back Office: https://admin.mosaic-pos.com/

  2. Click "General Settings".

  

   

   

  3. Click "Discounts".

  

   

   

  4. Click "Add Discount"

  

   

   

  5. Fill-out (and select) these requried fields for MEMC Discount.

  

   

   

  IMPORTANT:

  • To successfully create a Senior Citizen or PWD Discount with MEMC, the discount name MUST include the exact words "Senior Citizen" or "PWD", or else, the system will not be able to recognize.
  • This requirement is enforced because as per the BIR regulation, only SC and PWD discounts are qualified for MEMC applications.

  6. Click "Save" when finished.
