To add users, use the Client Onboarding option on the left navigation pane and follow the steps in this QRG.
1. Navigate to https://app.restoiq.com/
Tip: Your account should have access to the Client Onboarding page on Resto iQ. If not, please contact your system administrator for assistance.
2. Click Client Onboarding
3. Click "Set up organization"
4. On the include brands step, click "Skip this step"
5. On the set up locations step, click "Skip this step"
6. On the add new role step, click "Skip this step"
7. On the configure access permissions step, click "Skip this step"
8. Let's start to add team members on this page.
9. Select a previously defined role for them.
If you don't have a role/permissions defined for them, please go back to "Configure access permissions" and "+add a new role"
10. Click "Select brand" and select the brand to which the team member will be assigned to.
11. Click "select location" and choose the previously created locations from the drop down.
12. Add the email addresses of the team members you want to invite.
13. Click "Add"
Tip: You can add more than one email addresses at a time. After pressing "Add", you can continue to type in more email addresses to add.

15. Click "Send Invitation"
16. You can see the summary of invitees here.
Alert: User invited must activate their account within 7 days, otherwise they need to be reinvited.
17. You can check the status of the user invited by navigate to https://app.restoiq.com/settings/access/user
18. Click "User"
19. Check the status is Active or Inactive
