1. Once you've placed an order, you will see this button named "Add Details". Click this.
2. Enter the information you'd like to place. Usually this is useful for order call-outs or marking certain transactions to avoid confusion.
3. In this example we will input "Customer Jerry (VIP)".
4. Click "Confirm"
5. The details have been saved, and you may now proceed with the order by clicking "PLACE ORDER".
6. In this quick reference guide, you will observe that the pending order includes a subtext "CUSTOMER JERRY (VIP)." Any details entered manually will be displayed here.
7. And even when clicking the KOT #, you will see the details once again.
8. If you want to change it, just click the KOT # again to add/edit details.
9. Type " with Ms. Kat"
10. In this example we modified it to "Customer Jerry (VIP) with Ms. Kat".
11. The display will also be updated real-time.
The customer details have been successfully added or modified on your pending order.
