To download audit logs, users must go to their Back Office then Reports > Audit Logs

1. Navigate to https://admin.mosaic-pos.com/
2. Click the top-left icon to display all labels to help you navigate.
3. Click Reports.
4. Click "Audit Logs"
5. Select the POS location
6. Select the Users you'd like to check.
7. Then enter the date range of what you'd like to inspect.
Tip: Date Format is: mm/dd/yy
You may use the calendar date picker, or simply type the date.
8. Click Show Report.
9. This table will be generated, and you will see the Date, Time, Actions performed, and who initiated the action (Created By).
10. You may also download the excel file for offline use.
11. This excel file contains the exact same data/information as the table generated by the Back Office.
