Accepting and processing foodpanda orders is automated using Mosaic POS.
Once a foodpanda order comes in, you will see a notification bar on the POS. You will also hear a notification alert on the POS.
1. Tapping on the notification bar will direct you to the Delivery page.
2. Tap swiping on the order, you will see two options – Reject, Accept. We can also tap on the 3 dots to view the options.
Note: For pick-up orders, you will see a pin location icon on the left side of the order.
3. To reject the order, simply tap on the “Reject” button.
4. Select a reason for rejecting, then tap on the “Continue” button.
5. A manager’s authorization is required to proceed.
6. To accept the order, tap on the “Accept” button.
Note: Automatically, the KOT or Kitchen Order Ticket will be printed. We can also reprint a KOT using the “Print KOT” button.
The status is now “Accepted”.
7. Even the order is already accepted, we can still cancel it by tapping on the “Cancel” button.
8. Select a reason for canceling.
9. A manager’s authorization is required to proceed.
10. Once the order is ready, simply tap on the “Ready” button.
The status will now be “Order Prepared”.
11. To print the Official Receipt, just tap on the “Print OR” button.
12. And if the order is already collected, simply tap on the “Collected” button.
The status will now be “Collected”.
On the foodpanda Delivery page, we can filter orders using the Status or search for a specific order by typing the foodpanda ID on the search box.
We can also see the foodpanda total sales for the day.
13. To pause foodpanda, simply tap on the toggle button.
Note: If paused, you will not receive any orders from foodpanda.
14. Select a pause time – 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours, then tap on the “Confirm” button.
15. A manager’s authorization is required to proceed.
16. Grab will resume automatically after the pause time or we can resume anytime by tapping on the toggle button again.
17. Tap on the “Confirm” button to proceed.
