Scanning Tickets

Check in and track tickets on event day

The Ticket Scanner can be found in the console - console.helixpay.ph. There is no need for you to download an application or use a special device to scan tickets. A mobile phone or any device with a camera and has internet connection can be used for this function on the event day.

  1. Go to Business > Events > Scan QR Code

  2. Click the Scan Ticket button and make sure to allow the browser to access the camera of your phone.Screenshot 2025-06-26 at 7.44.08 PM

  3. Point the camera at the customer’s QR code. The scanner will work with any orientation of the QR code. Upon scanning, you will see the details of the ticket, including the status (Active), customer name, and ticket type.

  4. Click the Check In button to mark the ticket as used. Provide the customer their bands if applicable, and let them inside the venue. If they try to use the same ticket again, you will see the Ticket is already checked in status with the scanner and time stamp of scanning. You can click the Scan Ticket button again to scan the next QR.

  5. For special cases where the customer can’t find their QR codes, you can ask them to check their emails with the Access Tickets button, or log in to their profile - yoursubdomain.helixpay.ph/profile via email or mobile OTP. If they cannot access their emails or accounts, you can click Search Ticket on the Scan QR Code page and search for their name. Click on each of their ticket and do the check-in process.

Pro Tip: You can use the Scan QR Code function for merch pick up/claim stub redemption too! Make sure to create a ticket product for the merch item or claim stub to generate tickets for tracking.
