Process On-site Orders

Accept walk-ins and transact with your customers on-site

Conduct on-site ticket or merch selling with this function at console.helixpay.ph. 

  1. Go to Business > Point of Sale > ECR

  2. Click the product the customer wants to purchase. You can click the Info icon to view the product details.
    1. If the product has variants, properties, time slots, or seat map, the selections will appear on the pop-up. Apply the details accordingly.
  3. If you will add 2 or more products, or if you have to apply a voucher code, click the Add to Cart button, then click Checkout to proceed. If you want to skip the cart viewing and proceed directly to checkout, click Express Checkout.

  4. Receive the customer's payment and enter the transaction details. If you enter a non-cash payment method, the Reference Number field although optional, will be displayed. You may also cancel the transaction from this page.

    Note: You can request a payment terminal and/or a QR standee for you to accept e-wallet payments. The revenues processed through these will be included in the periodical remittance.

  5. Enter the customer's details. This step is optional although helpful if you want to collect customer information. Note that all fields set up on the console will appear on this page. If you skip the customer details, the transaction will be under the customer name Guest.

  6. You can view the on-site transactions on the console. Go to Business > Point of Sale > Transactions. All transactions will also be included in the Orders and other relevant pages.
