Enabling Affiliate Codes

This feature is enabled by request and for approval. If you wish to allow affiliate codes on your store, reach out to Client Support or email HelixPay at hello@helixpay.ph. Note that once enabled, the affiliate sign-up will be available to all customers who have successfully purchased from your store.

To enable affiliate codes, sign in at console.helixpay.ph and follow these steps:

1. Go to Business > Discounts > Affiliate Codes

2. Adjust affiliate settings by clicking the actions icon on the top-right portion of the page. Set up your code suffix, commission rate for affiliate, voucher expiration date, and discount rate for customers. 

3. If you want to restrict the affiliate codes to specific products, select the products on the Limit Usage per Product section. You may also set the max quantity of the selected product to which the discount may be applied. Skip this step if you want it to be applicable to all products. 

4. Design the affiliate button on the customer page, affiliate sign-up page, and affiliate dashboard. 

5. Click Save.
