Creating Ticket Products
Products that generate e-tickets with QR code
After creating the event, you can proceed with the ticket products. Create a single ticket, a ticket with time slots, or a ticket with seat maps, depending on the setting of the event you created.
Single Ticket

Go to Business Tools > Products.

Click the Create New button.

Select Ticket as the product type, and toggle on the applicable setup. Note that you will not be able to change this after product creation.

Select the event to which you want to connect the ticket product. If you don’t have any existing events, go to Create Events and follow the steps.

Customize the Ticket Design. You may change the background color/photo of the ticket QR and ticket page. In this portion, you may choose to put an expiry on the ticket.

Fill in the product info. Note that all the entered information will be displayed on the storefront.

Set up the Attendee Name Settings. Turn this on if you wish to let the customer input unique names per ticket purchased.

Customize the purchase limit on the Stock Settings portion. You may limit the purchase per checkout and per customer ID.

Upload Product Media. You may upload up to 5 photos (2MB limit each) or videos (5GB limit each). The recommended image size is 1080x1080 px to fit the square frame per product.

Add a Product Description.

Set the ticket price. Enter the base price and discount price if applicable. This will display on the storefront as a slashed price.

Click Save, then enter the stock per product variant. You can also change this after the initial edit on the Inventory tab.
Ticket with date and time slots

Follow the steps to create a new product.

Enable ‘Use date and time slots’.

You can select dates only, or you can also add time slots.

Customize the price for each date/time slot.

Upon saving, you will be prompted to set the stock for each date/time slot.
Ticket with seat maps

Follow the steps to create a new ticket product. Make sure to enable Use seat maps.

After setting the product info and ticket design, proceed to Manage Venue Sections.

On the Product Section page, you can enable sections under that event and set the price for each.
