[Creating Products](https://support.mosaic-solutions.com/helixpaysupport/event-setup?hsLang=en#creating-products) # Creating Single Ticket Products ## Products that generate e-tickets with a QR code for non-seatmap and non-timeslot events After creating the event, you can proceed with the ticket product. ### Single Ticket 1. Go to **Business Tools** > **Products.** 2. Click the **Create New** button. 3. Select **Ticket** as the product type, and toggle on the applicable setup. Select the event to which you want to connect the ticket product. If you don’t have any existing events, go to **Create Events** and follow the steps. 5. Customize the **Ticket Design**. You may change the background color/photo of the ticket QR and ticket page. Fill in the product info. Note that all the entered information will be displayed on the storefront. 7. Set up the **Attendee Name Settings**. Customize the purchase limit on the **Stock Settings** portion. Upload **Product Media**. You may upload up to 5 photos (2MB limit each) or videos (5GB limit each). The recommended image size is 1080x1080 px to fit the square frame per product. 10. Set the **ticket price**. Enter the base price and discount price if applicable. Click Save, then enter the stock per product variant.
