# Creating One-Time Events

## Set up details of your event

To create your upcoming events on the console, follow these steps after logging in at [console.helixpay.ph](http://console.helixpay.ph):

***One-time Events,** without day/time slots and seat maps*

1. Go to **Events** tab \> **Events List**.
2. Click the **Create New** button and fill in the event details. These will be displayed on the e-tickets.
   
   *Pro tip: Utilize the Additional Instructions portion to input reminders or other information about the event! This will appear on the lower portion of the e-ticket.*

1. Select the user groups who can access the event. Leave blank if you want the event to be accessible to all users.
2. Skip the rest of the items and scroll down to click **Save**.

After creating the events, proceed to creating the products to display on your storefront.
