Creating an Email Blast
Blast out updates and promotions to your customer base.
- On console.helixpay.ph, go to the Customers tab.
- Click the Blasts button.
- Draft your email - input the email subject, title, subtitle, and body. You may also add a clickable banner that redirects customers to any link.
- By default, the email blast is set to send upon creation. If you wish to schedule the sending of the email blast, turn off the Publish on Save toggle, and input the Publish Date and Time.
- You can also customize the font sizes and style of your text in your email. To edit the font, you can refer to the Design tab.
- Sent Test Email if needed. You will be asked to enter the recipient's email.
- Click the Choose Recipients button and proceed to select the recipients from the list of customers. On the Select Recipients page, you can filter the customers by product purchased, event date and time, order status, ticket status, and payment date. You may also select all from the list by clicking on the checkbox on the top of the list.
- After selecting the recipients, click the Send button. You will be redirected to a page containing all email blasts, where you can also see the delivered and open rates.
