Creating User Accounts

Give access to your team members and scanners

Your initial account credentials will be created by the HelixPay team after you complete the sign-up form.

To create additional users on the console, follow these steps after logging in to console.helixpay.ph. Note that there is no limit on the number of users in the console.

  1. Go to Account tab > Users > User List.
  2. Click Create New and proceed with filling in the User Info. You will need the user’s name, email, and mobile number.

  3. Set the user’s role from the drop-down selection. You can edit the specific console section access as you scroll down.
  4. Click Create. This will send a verification email to the user’s email. The user will be asked to create a password to log in to the console.
