      Understanding Bulk Authorization

      Bulk Authorization allows users to approve/authorize different document types in Resto iQ all in one location. This removes the need to manually approve per transaction.

      Bulk Authorization allows users to approve/authorize different document types in Resto iQ all in one location. This removes the need to manually approve per transaction.

       

       

      Steps

      1. Click "Purchasing"
      2. Select "Bulk Authorization"
      3. Under "Authorization", select which type is most relevant. "What are you going to approve?"

       

       

      Approving/Rejecting

      When you select a process type, a window will display all the items requiring approval. This includes the approval matrix and its value ranges. If an item is not listed, it likely means the account does not have permission to approve that particular type or value.
