Sales Not Tallying in POS
1. Check for Unsynced Transactions
 Go to Bill Page Look for pending (cloud icon not green) Perform Force Sync 
2. Validate Data Go to App Info → Validate Data Wait until you see “Good Job” Ensure no errors are shown 
3. Check Date Mismatch Verify if POS date matches calendar date If not, perform Day End until aligned 
4. Review Voided / Pending Transactions Check if there are: Unvoided transactions Open bills Settle or void properly
5. Check Back Office vs POS Compare: POS sales report Back office report / e-journal Identify discrepancies (missing or duplicate transactions) 
6. Re-login / Refresh System Log out and close the app Log in again 
7. Internet Connection Check Ensure stable connection Restart: POS device Router (e.g., TP-Link) 
8. Escalate to Support If still not resolved: Raise a ticket with: Date of issue Sample transactions Screenshot of reports Request checking for: Duplicate transactions Unsynced sales
