Sales not Syncing in POS


1. Check Internet Connection
Ensure the POS device is connected to a stable internet
Try browsing or reconnecting Wi-Fi
Restart router if needed
2. Force Sync
Go to the Bill Page
Tap Force Sync
Make sure all cloud icons turn green
3. Validate Data
Go to App Info → Validate Data
Wait for the message “Good Job”
4. Log Out and Refresh
Log out of the POS
Close the app completely
Reopen and log in again
5. Check Pending Transactions
Ensure there are no pending or unsent transactions
Settle or void any open bills
6. Restart Devices
Restart:
POS device
Router / Internet
