Reset Resto iQ Password Guide

1. Navigate to https://app.restoiq.com/login/

2. If you happen to forget your password, you may follow this guide.

3. Click "Forgot password?" to start the process of resetting your password.

4. Click the "Email" field, and enter your email address used to access Resto iQ.

5. Click "Send" to receive a Reset Password Link.

6. You will receive an email from: [[support@mosaic-solutions.com]]. Click this and you will see the link to reset your password.

The subject will be: "Mosaic Solutions : Forgot password"

7. Click "Reset Password"

8. Enter your username used to access Resto iQ, then enter your new password.

9. Please note that:

• Password must contain atleast one number.
• Password must contain atleast one special character (!@#$%^*)
• Password should be at least 8 characters.

10. Confirm the password on the third text box.

11. Click "Submit".

12. Once you've seen this, you have successfully changed your password from the previously forgetten password to the new one.

13. Click "Back to Log In Page", to proceed to log back in.

14. Enter your new username and password, then click "Log In".

You now have successfully changed your password and accessed Resto iQ using your new credentials.
