Removing Line-Item/Single Discount

To remove line-item and single discount, users simply click the item > actions > discount.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to remove a line-item/single discount from an item. By following these easy steps, you can quickly remove any unwanted discounts and proceed with your transaction without any issues.

1. As you can see from this example, there's a Senior Citizen Discount applied to the item "BLT". We will remove this discount from this item. Click the item "BLT".

2. Then click "ACTIONS".

3. Click "DISCOUNT ITEM". This will show the discount window.

4. To remove an existing discount, simply select the option that is currently active. For instance, if the "20% Senior Citizen Discount" is applied, choose it. It will be highlighted in a darker blue shade to indicate that it has been selected before.

5. Click "Confirm" to complete the action.

6. Inspecting the BLT line-item, it no longer has any discounts applied to it.

You have successfully removed an existing line-item discount. You may now proceed with your transaction.
