POS date mismatch or not aligned
🔹 Troubleshooting: POS Date Mismatch
1. Perform Day End
Go to Day End / Closing
Complete the process until it proceeds to the next date
Repeat if needed until the POS date matches the current calendar date
2. Check for Pending Transactions
Go to Bill Page
Ensure there are no pending or open transactions
Settle or void all remaining bills
3. Enter Cash Float Properly
Go to Cash Denomination
Input the correct cash float
Click Save Payment Total
👉 If the Save Payment button is disabled:
Enter ₱1 in any denomination
Click Save Payment
Then adjust it back to the correct amount and save again
4. Force Sync
Perform Force Sync on the Bill Page
Ensure all cloud icons are green
5. Validate Data
Go to App Info → Validate Data
Wait for “Good Job” confirmation
6. Restart POS
Log out and close the app
Restart the POS device
Log in again
7. Check Store Activity
Confirm if the issue happened after:
Holiday
Store closure
👉 These scenarios usually cause date delays
8. Escalate to Support
If still not aligned:
Provide:
Screenshot of POS date
Last Day End performed
Z-reading / reports
Raise a ticket for further checking
