Foodpanda and Grab Orders Not Reflecting in POS

🔧 Troubleshooting Steps:
1.Check Internet Connection
Ensure the POS device has a stable internet connection
Restart router if needed
2.Force Sync in POS
Go to the Bill Page
Tap Force Sync
Ensure all cloud icons are green
Validate Data
3.Go to App Info → Validate Data
Wait for “Good Job” confirmation
4.Check Integration Status
Verify if Foodpanda and Grab integrations are active in Back Office
Ensure API/integration is connected and not expired
5.Check Order Platform
Confirm if orders are successfully received in Foodpanda/Grab merchant app
If not, issue may be on the platform side
6.Log Out and Refresh POS
Log out → Close app → Reopen → Log in again
7.Check Store Status
.Ensure store is online/accepting orders in Foodpanda and Grab
Delay in Sync
Allow a few minutes delay for orders to reflect
8.Restart Devices
Restart:
POS device
Router

Raise a ticket with the following details:
Sample order ID (Foodpanda/Grab)
Date & time of missing orders
Screenshot of POS and merchant app
Store name/branch

🔹 Possible Causes:
Internet connectivity issue
Integration/API disruption
Unsynced POS data
