Modifier Issue /Modifier Not Reflecting in POS
1. Force Sync
Go to the Bill Page
Tap Force Sync
Ensure all cloud icons are green (no pending items)
2. Validate Data
Go to App Info → Validate Data
Wait for the “Good Job” confirmation
3. Log Out and Refresh
Log out of the POS
Close the app completely
Reopen and log in again
4.Check Back Office Settings
Verify if the modifier was:
Saved properly
Assigned to the correct item/menu
Published / synced to POS
5. Check Internet Connection
Ensure stable connection
Restart router if needed
6. Wait for Sync Delay
Allow 5–15 minutes for changes to reflect (depending on sync speed)
8. Restart Devices
Restart:
POS device
Router
9. Clear App Data (if needed - contact Support before performing )
Go to Device Settings → Apps → POS → Storage & Cache
Tap Clear Storage / Cache
Log in again
10. Escalate to Support
If still not reflecting:
Provide:
