How to Pause/Resume Foodpanda Selling Time on the POS

In this Quick Reference Guide, users can learn what steps are needed to successfully pause/resume Foodpanda selling time on the POS

To Pause Foodpanda Selling Time:

1. Select “Foodpanda” by navigating the delivery page on the POS.
2. Click on the toggle button.
3. Select the pause time needed by choosing from the drop-down options.
4. Click “Confirm”
5. Choose an approver that will authorize the transaction.
6. Input 4-digit PIN.
7. Click “Confirm”

Note: This will disable Foodpanda and will automatically reflect on the app.

To Resume Foodpanda Selling Time:

1. Select “Foodpanda” by navigating the delivery page on the POS.
2. Click on the toggle button.
3. Click “Confirm”

Note: This will enable Foodpanda and will automatically reflect on the app.
