By following these steps, users can easily create these units and manage their inventory more efficiently. In this example we will create "Trays" and "Pieces" to simulate UOMs in preparation for a conversion from how eggs are ordered vs how eggs are used in the restaurant. 1\. Navigate to [https://app.restoiq.com/inventory/my-inventory/units](https://app.restoiq.com/inventory/my-inventory/units) 2\.
