To access settings with app lock, users must enter the password to disable the lock.
Limitations
For select POS terminals which cannot access the Settings Application of their Android Tablets (iMin Devices), these are pre-configured to have limited access to the device settings. These functions are excluded from the user (but not limited to):
- WiFi Settings
- Bluetooth Settings
- Application and Storage Settings
Recommendation
If your POS terminal is limited, and you wish to access:
- Please contact your organization administrator/point person for the maintenance of your POS terminal, or
- Contact Mosaic Support to remotely support (internet connection required).
