      Guide to Realtime Stock Report

      Overview

      One of 5 available reports in Resto iQ Inventory, this provides users with a line-by-line report on the stock level, cost/unit, and corresponding value of the inventory item per location. This is accessed by going to Inventory > Inventory Report.

       

      Realtime Stock Report

      This inventory stock report is updated real-time, and is affected by the following:

      • Item depletion due to a transaction completed using Mosaic POS
      • Semi-finished/finished good production reported on Resto iQ
      • Stock inventory adjustment using Resto iQ Inventory (spoilage, wastage, etc.)
      • Transfer of supplies in Resto iQ Inventory
      • Receiving of supplies in Resto iQ Inventory
      • Receiving purchases from suppliers/vendors

       

      This provides users with a line-by-line report on the following:

      • Inventory and Inventory Location
        The report lists inventory items across locations.

      • Stock levels
        It provides current stock levels for each item, including quantities and units of measure (e.g., grams, kilograms, liters).

      • Cost and Value
        Each item has a cost per unit and a total value calculated based on the current stock level and its configured price.

       

       

      Feature: Export

      Found on the top-right section on top of the reports table is the Export feature. Instead of directly being able to downloade a Microsoft Excel (.xls format) file, Resto iQ performs a series of tasks to create the report and would require more time to process. Clicking the export button will show this window:

      Users may opt to click the "Export Page" text to be directed to it, or alternatively they may go to Settings > Export on the left navigation pane.

       

      Once there, this should what users will see:

      To be able to download, users may click on the Download button found under the "ACTIONS" column. This would now be downloaded by your browser onto your device for offline data viewing and analysis.

       

       

      Feature: Filter

      The filter feature (found right beside the Export button) can help users specify the information displayed on the main table. Right now, users may filter by location. This is useful for organizations with multiple locations for its operations.
