In this Quick Reference Guide, we will briefly discuss how to download and activate your Mosaic POS application from the Google Playstore or the iMin store (for iMin devices). Please know that this device must be the actual device used for your POS.
Download and Activate via Email
- Download and Install the Mosaic POS Application from the Google Playstore or iMin Store.
Idownload at Install ang MOSAIC POS Application sa Google Playstore o iMin Store.
- When you launch the application for the first time, the following display will appear:
Lalabas ang display na ito sa unang beses na gagamitin ang applicaiton.
Important: The application will be inaccessible until Mosaic confirms your subscription and sets up your account.
Importante: Hindi magagamit ang application hanggat hindi nabibigyan ng access ni Mosaic ang subscription at nakukumpleto and account setup. - Send the Authorization code displayed on the screen to support@mosaic-solutions.com, with the subject: REQUEST FOR DEVICE ACTIVATION FOR [YOUR COMPANY NAME]
Ipadala ang Authorization Code na naka display sa screen sa support@mosaic-solutions.com, ilagay ang subject: REQUEST FOR DEVICE ACTIVATION FOR [PANGALAN NG KUMPANYA] - Note: This device must be the actual device used for your POS. Changing to another device will need authorization again. For PTU registered devices, PTU cancellation of the old device, and re-registration for the new device will be required.
Tala: Kailangan na actual device ang gagamitin para sa POS. Kung sakali na magpapalit ng device, kailangan ulitin ang pag hingi ng authorization. Para sa mga device na mayroong kasalukuyan na PTU, kailangan muna mag proseso ng PTU cancellation at re-registration para sa bagong device.
