Similar with the deep dive QRG for Gross Sales, this expanded value card focuses on transactions as the center of the data and insights. Upon expanding the value card, the following will be displayed.
Monthly Sales and Transactions
This chart similar with other monthly comparison charts, shows the movement in Sales and in Total Transactions per month. The date range can be updated using the date picker found in the filters section.
Transaction Dimension Breakdown
Transactions can also be viewed in different ways, such as Types, Day, and Hour. Resto iQ removes the step of manually importing data into a Business Intelligence software where it may be prone to errors and may not be real-time.
Similar with Gross Sales, the transaction breakdown also has multiple other charts, including transactions by:
- By Region and Area Type
- Area Type and City
- Store Type (Kiosk, Foodcourt, etc.)
- Location Category
- Location Size
- Transaction Performance
- Transaction Details
Transaction Details
In the transaction details table, users will see the transaction number, bill number, receipt number, location (of transaction), status (no voided transactions will appear here), service type, service channel, payment type, head/pax count, discount amount, vat amount, net sales, gross sales.
