To check the dates, users must click the circle beside the date of the POS Front End.
1. On the bottom-right section of your POS, you will see either of the following:
- Circle with "!" - this means that there's a mismatch between the POS and Calendar Dates. This needs to be resolved by performing Day-End or contacting customer support.
- Circle with "✔️" - this means that there's no issue. Proceed when ready.
2. If you want to close this notification, just click the "X" button on the top right of the notification.
Alert:
Closing the notification window will not resolve the issue. To do so, you may either:
