Content Cards
Content Cards are customizable promotional blocks used to showcase curated collections of events, products, or media within your event storefront. They help boost customer engagement.

There are three styles of content card:
1. Default (static)
2. Ticker tape (only available for mobile view)
3. Countdown (for counting the number of days, hours, minutes and seconds left for a product sale)
How to make a content card (default - static)
1. Click “+Create New”.
2. You will be led to the “Add Content Card” landing page.
3. Toggle on “Enabled” and choose “Default” as the style.
4. Manage Header Display, which includes the text for the header, font settings for desktop and mobile, font weight, alignment and line height.
5. Manage Subheader Display, which includes the text for the subheader, font settings for desktop and mobile, font weight, alignment and line height.
6. Upload the Content Card Media and check the desktop and mobile preview.
- (Optional) Toggle on “Fill Media Area” which will stretch along the content card.
- (Optional) Toggle on “Use as Background Image” if you want the media as the background image.
- Select the desktop background type
- If it is a colored desktop background, it will be displayed on the left side of the media. On mobile, it will be at the bottom of the media. Manage the colors for it.
- If it is an image desktop background, it will be displayed on the left side of the media. On mobile, it is not available.
7. Manage the Redirection Link of the content card.
- If you select “Internal”, select the page link and product category from a dropdown.
- If you select “External”, input the link to a different website.
8. Configure the product categories and products associated with the content card.
How to make a content card (ticker tape)
1. Click “+Create New”.
2. You will be led to the “Add Content Card” landing page.
3. Toggle on “Enabled” and choose “Ticker Tape” as the style.
4. Manage Header Display, which includes the text for the header, font settings for desktop and mobile, font weight, alignment and line height.
5. Upload the Content Card Media and check the desktop and mobile preview.
- (Optional) Toggle on “Fill Media Area” which will stretch along the content card.
- (Optional) Toggle on “Use as Background Image” if you want the media as the background image.
- Manage the colors for the background as the ticker tape will only be available for mobile.

3. Manage Header Display, which includes the text for the header, end time of the countdown, text for countdown expiration, font settings for desktop and mobile, font weight, alignment and line height.
4. Manage Subheader Display, which includes the text for the subheader, font settings for desktop and mobile, font weight, alignment and line height.
5. Select the desktop background type, mobile background type and manage the colors associated with them.
6. Manage the Redirection Link of the content card.
- If you select “Internal”, select the page link and product category from a dropdown.
- If you select “Internal”, select the page link and product category from a dropdown.
7. Configure the product categories and products associated with the content card.
