Order Success Page

Configure the settings for your customer’s order confirmation.

 The Order Success Page is what customers see immediately after completing a payment. It confirms the transaction was successful, displays order details, shows customer information and provides a clear call-to-action button ("Access Tickets") to retrieve digital tickets or event passes.

 Configure the Order Success Page by following these steps: 

1. Encode the text for the headline and subheader.

  •  (Optional) You may use dynamic keywords (e.g. {merchantName}). which will auto-replace with actual order details when displayed.  
      

  • General configuration without dynamic keywords:
     

     

2. Encode the text for the PDF Button Label. This is the button that lads the customer to additional PDF resources like guides and primers about the event.
